"For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power."[1] [1] The New King James Version Col 2:9-10.

Our mission at River of Life Church of God is simple. It looks like this: "Hope In Worship, Hope in Growth, Hope in serving." Each week, the congregation is challenged to complete each step of this mission. That means our people should find Hope in Worship (attend a worship service), Hope in Growth (attend a life group), and Hope in Serving (serve on a ministry team) each week.

It is our sincere desire to move the members of our church toward a complete life in Christ. This is why we encourage members to move from worship environments (hope in worship) to places of biblical community (hope in growth) to places of missional engagement (hope in serving). Mission is deeply embedded in our discipleship making process. For this reason we don't ask people to live at church. We simply ask people to live as the church.

"Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." (1] 

 "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."[2]
